2011–2014: Humble Beginnings
Foshan Shunde Cavin Auto Acessories Co.Ltd was founded in 2011 in Shunde District, Foshan City, Cavin started as a small workshop specializing in OEM production of basic automotive accessories such as roof racks, cargo carriers, and metal hardware for domestic SMEs. With a team of just 10+ employees and a 1,000+ sqm facility equipped with basic machinery (presses, welding tools, and cutting machines), we focused on replicating client-provided designs, achieving an annual output value of approximately RMB 10 million.

2014–2018: Accumulating Expertise
Relocating to a 4,000 sqm facility and expanding our workforce to 40+ employees, KAIWAN transitioned from simple fabrication to designing customized automotive upgrades for domestic brands. We developed our first proprietary products, including roll bars, side steps, and roof racks, while establishing an in-house R&D team. Annual sales grew to RMB 20 million, marking our evolution into a solutions-driven partner.

2019–2022: Scaling Innovation
To meet rising demand, we expanded to a 10,000+ sqm facility and invested in advanced equipment like laser cutters, CNC machining centers, hydraulic presses, and semi-automatic tube benders. This empowered collaborations with leading automakers such as Great Wall, Geely, and Wuling, as well as international brands. Our roll bars, bumpers, and side steps gained recognition across Southeast Asia, South America, and Europe, solidifying our global footprint.

2023–Present: Pioneering the Future
Now headquartered in a 20,000 sqm state-level industrial park, KAIWAN boasts two dedicated R&D teams, 100+ employees, and cutting-edge technology—including 3D laser cutters, robotic welding systems, and blue-light 3D scanners. We’ve also launched a 1,000 sqm showroom to showcase our expanding portfolio, which now includes functional outdoor accessories like vehicle tents and modular storage systems. Today, our products serve markets in Australia, the Americas, Europe, and beyond.
